If ever there could be a day I'd feel like killing...
Sooner or later other techs around me will realize too late they didn't act fast enough before they understand they're jobs will slowly become their nemesis.

The very fact "Do more for less" means the management isn't willing to invest in you - in fact they're counting on the very dibble that you're never going to leave unless they fire you, and that you've been beaten into thier submission, so you'd never do anything to hurt them, or offer strengths to the competition.

Way wrong answer! I'm not about loyalty anymore - that went out with the 3 circles on the whiteboard mapping from the Big Kahoona that fateful day in the conference room.. Yes, that fateful day... How can I forget the pain of humiliation and degregation from that stupid meeting that (for me) lasted a total of five minutes before being handed my hat and basically told "Get out, we don't need you, don't want you, and don't care about you." That is what started the ball rolling for my departure, and as it comes to a close I gloat like the victorious knight over his dead foe.. This one's for you! Ptoooi..

As I look about the faces of those who won't come out of this alive, I wonder...

After you've given 10 years of your life to an ungrateful boss, what's left to do? Get me the hell out before I look like Struckeyer..

Work,work,work
The building continues on several sites simultaneously. Now with 4 sites under my command, I am finding myself more and more at the editor, and less and less doing other things. What the hell, it's the dead of fucking winter and there's nothing I'd rather be doing than this anyway, because I love coding so much.

New improvements to the hardtales site include weather reports stored on the sql server, captured every 15 minutes. It's been working flawlessly since it's inception, and as long as NOAA doesn't change thier directory structure, we'll continue to serve the web with the day's weather, as well as emails daily.

I now have 5 email accounts, which I really should redirect to one account for ease of managing. No sense having all these accounts, having to log in and shit.. But you have to wear many faces, and in order to know which one to wear, it's better to have the account to use so I remember what the hell I'm accounting on..

Got a lot of running around to do today, shopping mostly, - the rez, Tops, and Niagara Produce. The little woman's got a list with a shitload of coupons, so I'll be out and about in the sunshine today - 39 days to spring...

Dont drink, say a prayer and go to a meeting - hit 2 yesterday, the night meeting was a speaker who absolutely went through hell, and I identified at a good level with the pain. The group is run as boring as hell, but the flagrant assholes who attend the meeting make up for it - never saw that before, noticing which members are self-appointed 'AA GURU's' in thier own minds. What a bunch of losers.. To each his own I suppose..

If you're reading this, you'd also like to read my other blog located here.

Buy something, ok? Tell me you love me with green-backs!!

HAve a good one, More later...
Super-genius...
