The Final Day of Tech Support

Well, it's actually the next to last real day, but Friday doesn't actuall count, as I won't be taking any calls ... Just screwing off and wasting company time doing shit that I don't care about.

Wednesday - 2 days remaining

Well, here it is, humpday, with just 2 days remaining of being a technical support rep for Ingram Micro.

Projects on the horizon:

1. Get the database of products for the Dragonzlair site
2. Create a management application for billable hours, to track my work, and how much time is spent working on applications with billing capabilities to email the client, and perform some transactions, sales and other good things for the business.

3. Research office space - find a small office somewhere with a T1 line to begin the hosting portion of the business, and kick-start the computer store online

4. Funding - where to get it, and how.

5. Plans,plans, plans.

More to come on this. Think I'll take the summer to work it up, but by fall 2005, I'd like to have a local digital home service up and running doing installations of high-tech digital products in some of the expensive homes around here. Perhaps partner with the new-build companies to do some networking installations and other great things that earn me a ton of money!

More e-bay shit to upload too.

Gotta go now, rain room is calling me, and I've got a job to go slack off at.. LOL.. This is a great life!

The last week of tech

It's Monday - day 1 of 5 remaining as a technician for this company. I'm counting down the days, and hours.

4 days, 4.25 hours remaining as a technical support technician.
