Couldn't help but think...

I often wonder why I'm so blessed with the life I have today, when just a year ago, I struggled with so many issues in my life, I could only comprehend getting drunk and forgetting about it all.

Took the last ride of the season last night and drove in the bitter cold to my friends garage, where the Road King will be stored for the winter, protected in a nice, clean, warm garage with three other Harley's for the winter. Thanks to Jimmie D, who is letting me park the bike there, but I miss it already, just knowing that I can pop over for a visit anytime to gaze at her beauty is nice - looking forward to next season already.

Now it's time to get back into the code - websites are my blood, and I'm busy working up a few now, including dragonzlaircustomcycles and ripandthebandog.com. Need to have these two sites working and running before the end of the quarter in time for 2006.

My weekend consists of gathering my hardware from my other office, and setting up the machines in the basement, ready for thier duties as different platform application servers. SQL, IIS and webserver to name but a few. Gotta re-do my office up here to make room for all the other fun things I've got on the project table too, like the biker Pc, which is really late coming to fruitation.

Welps, I'll be blogging more now that it's the beginning of winter. Look for more frequent updates to the logs. DOn't drink...
